Accessibility Standards for Customer Service,
Ontario Regulation 429/07
The customer service standard is a mandated under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA). The standard requires that Community Living Campbellford/Brighton’s policies, practices and procedures be guided by principles of dignity, independence and equality of opportunity. The training helps improve service delivery to people with disabilities who come from diverse backgrounds.
A disability is considered as “a condition which may restrict a person’s mental, sensory or mobility functions to undertake or perform a task in the same way as a person who does not have a disability. (Including, but not limited to arthritis, asthma, communication disabilities, diabetes, developmental disabilities, hearing loss, heart disease, intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, low vision, mental health conditions, migraine, multiple sclerosis or being Deaf.”
Currently, there are no disruption notices for Community Living Campbellford/Brighton and Campbellford Community Resource Centre, our services are operating as normal from Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm

- The Community Living Campbellford/Brighton 65 Bridge Street East, Campbellford, ON Location, including the Campbellford Community Resource Centre will be closed on the following 2019 Statutory Holidays:
- New Year’s Day & Holiday Shut Down –Monday January 2 until Friday January 4
- Family Day – Monday February 18
- Good Friday – Friday April 19
- Easter Monday – Monday April 22
- Victoria Day – Monday May 20
- Canada Day – Monday July 1
- Civic Holiday – Monday August 5
- Labour Day – Monday September 2
- Thanksgiving Day – Monday October 14
- Christmas Day – Wednesday December 25
- Boxing Day – Thursday December 26
- Holiday Shut Down – Tuesday December 24 until and including January 3, 2020
