Community Living is a non-profit organization providing supports and services to people that promote opportunities for personal growth within their community.

Community Living Campbellford/Brighton is a Nationally Accredited agency and has maintained accreditation at the highest level possible in each of its three quality reviews.

Outcome Sponsorship Fund

The Community Living Campbellford/Brighton Outcomes Sponsorship Fund provides persons with and intellectual disability the financial assistance  to achieve their personal outcomes and realize their goals and dreams.  For some people, reaching their goals is sometimes unachievable due to lack of resources.

We are proud that this fund has sponsored personal outcomes for people such as educational opportunities and tuition, re-connections with families, medical supports not covered by any other source and a wide range of wonderful and rewarding experiences and opportunities not possible without the support of this fund.
